Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:

General Terms and Conditions:

• The conference is on 16^th February to 18^th February 2024.
• Accompanying person and children must be registered.
• PG Students should submit a Bonafide letter the Head of the Department.
• Registration cannot be transferred
• Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not duly filled.
• The registration fee is inclusive of GST

• Admission to Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
• Refreshments during breaks
• Lunches all Conference Days
• Dinner on Day 1 / Day 2

Accompanying person:

• Refreshments during break

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

• 75% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 30^th June 2023.
• 50% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 30^th September 2023.
• 25% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 15^th January 2024.
• No refund will be made for the requests made after 16^th January 2024.
• Registration is not transferable
• Refunds will be made post conference
• Cancellation request for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to refund
